سورة الزُّمَرِ — الآية ١٩

أَفَمَنْ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ كَلِمَةُ ٱلْعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِى ٱلنَّارِ ۝١٩

Then, is one who has deserved the decree of punishment [to be guided]? Then, can you save one who is in the Fire? (Saheeh International)
