سورة النَّمۡلِ — الآية ٤٨

وَكَانَ فِى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍۢ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ ۝٤٨

And there were in the city nine family heads causing corruption in the land and not amending [its affairs]. (Saheeh International)
