سورة هُودٍ — الآية ١١٧
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍۢ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ ١١٧
And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers. (Saheeh International)
